Pixel Policy

Jolla Pixel Policy*

One (1) bright (always on) or black (always off) pixel:

  • If the bright/dead pixel is found more towards the center of the display (as measured from the top, bottom or sides), then it will be treated as a warranty case, if within the standard warranty period.
  • If the bright/dead pixel is found more towards the edge of the display (as measured from the top, bottom or sides), then it will not be treated as a warranty case.

More than one bright or black pixel, either dispersed or in a cluster, anywhere on the display, then it is warranty case, if within the standard warranty period.
